Chapel View came to us with an existing Wix site that offered little visible content, weak SEO foundations, and limited flexibility for growth. We redesigned and rebuilt the site in Next.js, delivering a fast, accessible, search-ready web presence with perfect or near-perfect Lighthouse scores across every major category.

Challenge 01
Problem
Wix limited crawlability and SEO control
The previous Wix site showed no visible headings, no meta description, and no crawlable value proposition in the available output. Combined with Wix's limited server-side rendering control and constrained technical SEO tooling, the site lacked a strong foundation for indexing and search growth.
Solution
We rebuilt the site in Next.js with server-rendered and statically generated pages, implemented structured metadata, created a clear heading hierarchy, and prepared the site for sitemap, robots, canonical, and schema-driven SEO.
Result
The rebuilt site launched with a Lighthouse SEO score of 92/100 and a technically stronger search foundation than the previous platform could support.
Challenge 02
Problem
Heavy Wix architecture created unnecessary performance overhead
Wix's proprietary stack often ships heavy JavaScript bundles in the 3-5MB range, which can slow rendering, delay interactivity, and make optimization difficult. That overhead was especially problematic for a site that needed strong first impressions and fast mobile delivery.
Solution
We migrated Chapel View to Next.js and used route-based code splitting, optimized asset delivery, lean component architecture, and modern rendering patterns to reduce front-end overhead.
Result
The live site achieved a measured Lighthouse Performance score of 99/100, giving Chapel View a dramatically stronger technical baseline.
Challenge 03
Problem
The previous site had no meaningful conversion path
The analyzed site output exposed no clear service messaging, trust signals, or visible calls to action. Visitors had no obvious next step, which weakened the site's ability to support inquiries or bookings.
Solution
We restructured the experience around a clear hero section, guided navigation, service and gallery content, trust-building sections, and contact-focused CTAs designed around tour and inquiry intent.
Result
Chapel View launched with a conversion-ready structure that gave users clear pathways to engage instead of landing on a dead-end experience.
Challenge 04
Problem
Wix created long-term ownership and integration constraints
The client was locked into a proprietary platform with limited code ownership, restricted hosting flexibility, and less freedom to implement custom server logic or deeper integrations over time.
Solution
We moved the project to a custom Next.js codebase, giving Chapel View full control over its application architecture, deployment options, future integrations, and ongoing scalability.
Result
The business now has a modern, extensible website foundation that can evolve without being constrained by vendor lock-in.
