Web-Development
We rebuilt Golden Mile NKY from a constrained Wix site into a high-performance Next.js platform.
In 4 weeks, we delivered a 12-page website with perfect Lighthouse scores and a stronger technical foundation for search visibility and lead generation.
Golden Mile NKY came to us with an existing Wix website that limited performance, SEO control, and long-term flexibility. We migrated the site to a modern Next.js architecture, restructured the experience for future growth, and launched a faster, cleaner platform that now scores 99/100 on Performance and 100/100 across SEO, Accessibility, and Best Practices.

Challenges
What stood in the way
4 problems, and what each one took to clear.
Challenge 01
Problem
Wix limited performance and front-end efficiency
The previous Wix site was constrained by heavy JavaScript bundles, proprietary rendering patterns, and limited control over performance tuning. That made it difficult to deliver the fast load times expected from a modern business website.
Solution
We rebuilt the site in Next.js with route-based code splitting, optimized asset delivery, and a leaner front-end architecture designed for speed.
Result
The live site launched with a measured Lighthouse Performance score of 99/100.
Challenge 02
Problem
The old platform restricted SEO control
Wix created limitations around server-side rendering, metadata flexibility, and deeper technical SEO implementation. The original site also lacked meaningful on-page content and indexable structure.
Solution
We migrated the site to Next.js so we could implement a cleaner semantic structure, stronger metadata control, and a search-ready technical foundation.
Result
The rebuilt site launched with a measured Lighthouse SEO score of 100/100 and generated 54 search impressions in the first 28 days.
Challenge 03
Problem
Vendor lock-in reduced long-term flexibility
On Wix, the client did not have the same level of code ownership, deployment freedom, or integration flexibility needed for future growth.
Solution
We moved Golden Mile NKY to a custom Next.js codebase, giving the client a portable, extensible platform with room for custom logic, integrations, and ongoing iteration.
Result
We delivered a fully custom 12-page website on a scalable modern framework instead of a closed proprietary builder.
Challenge 04
Problem
The original site lacked clear conversion structure
The site analysis showed minimal visible content, no strong calls to action, and weak trust-building elements. Visitors had little context about what the business offered or what action to take next.
Solution
We restructured the information architecture around a clearer homepage flow, service visibility, contact pathways, and a more intentional lead-generation experience.
Result
The new site established a stronger UX foundation for future content, SEO growth, and conversion optimization.
